· I
am involved with almost all Ambassador projects related to Body
& interior changes.
· Myself
along with engineers of Automotive Research Institute, Pune did the
complete analysis of Ambassador body shell covering surface
modeling, finite element modeling & analysis, strain gauge
analysis, simulation on 4 posters etc under guidance of
Dr.Sajanpawer & Dr.Desai of ARAI.

My
most recent project is the design, development & implementation
of Ambassador Avigo where there are major changes on many skin
panels like Bonnet, Fender, Tonneau etc & interiors.
· I
have successfully implemented many cost & weight reduction
projects including sheet metal, mechanical & plastic components.
Some examples are Bumper mounting, Gear Box cover, Dash board,
Steering wheel, Fuel tank cover & mounting, Seat mountings and
many others.

was involved in the body shell changes to suit Indian road
conditions along with Vauxhall Motors engineer during launching of
the project

mountings, Radiator, Prop shaft & many other localized
components were designed or modified by me.

body shell

The
new look Trekker styling (3D surface modeling) was done by me for
project approval.

ANSYS & Strain Gauges for optimization.

many Mechanical & Structural components for cost &
weight reduction,

the styling of Interiors i.e. Roof Liner, Door Pads, Sun visor,
Handles, Facia, Console etc using CATIA

Designed
& developed the complete Body Shell & Chassis Frame of
one commercial vehicle
